“Any person, company, or organization would be well served to utilize these driver's safety classes offered by Cobert Safety Professionals. The value of the information and instruction these courses offer is, well, invaluable. It also helped that the videos were entertaining, so the time flew right by. Big bonus: the customer service provided by this company with these courses was unmatched. If you're shopping for safety, your journey starts and stops here. It was a real pleasure. THANK YOU, Cobert Safety Professionals! — Ken Wyrsch.”
Young drivers are involved in fatal crashes at more than twice the rate of all others. That is why our public safety professionals provide the National Safety Council’s Alive at 25 defensive driving online classroom education course. This curriculum has proven to work with young drivers 15 to 25 years of age in taking responsibility for their driving decisions and to save lives. The class engages young drivers at a critical point in their lives to understand the dangers of risk taking and poor decision making while driving.
DDC 4 is an interactive and effective way to train drivers. With DDC 4, you can influence and challenge participants to change their behind-the-wheel behaviors and attitudes so they will choose to drive safely, responsibly and lawfully, and provide participants with basic knowledge, skills and techniques to avoid collisions and decrease future violations.
The National Safety Council’s Alive at 25 and Attitudinal Dynamics of Driving Courses are used by courts, probation departments, DMV’s and district attorneys as educational tools. These curriculums are evidence based, statistically supported, proven to reduce recidivism and paid for by the violator.
Attitudinal Dynamics of Driving is an eight hour National Safety Council driver improvement classroom course. It is designed for drivers of all ages, addresses the attitudes of problem drivers and changes driving behaviors. Participants will see that the choices they make have financial, legal and personal consequences; and they will learn to take responsibility for their actions.
Attitudinal Dynamics of Driving is used extensively for court referrals, drivers with excessive and or serious traffic violations and for pre and post sentencing diversion programs. It is recommended for speed violators, DUI's and those driving with suspended licenses. Students take a behavioral assessment and create an individualized action plan, leading them to change behaviors and become safer drivers.
Some of the companies that use the DDC 4 defensive driving course for fleet safety include: 3M, Pillsbury, Shell Oil, Dow Chemical Company, Air Guard, Pepsi, railroad companies, Detroit Edison, Dominion Power, Commonwealth Edison, Peoples Gas, and NICOR Gas Companies.
Our experienced and certified public safety instructors provide First Aid, Tactical First Aid and CPR certifications that utilize scenario training in an effort to create real life experiences.
We also provide facility security and safety reviews to help prevent crime and accidents in schools, places of worship and businesses.
